Great service from start to finish keeping us posted at every stage. Our 10 year old Persian rug Previously had a hole the size of my palm and, now repaired, this is undetectable. In addition the co re-fringed the rug and gave it a darn good clean. As a result, I’m pleased to say it’s Transformed the rug and is almost as good as new again. Would def recommend this company.

The rug was badly frayed at one corner and the fringes were somewhat worse for wear. Rugmaster arranged for collection and return. The rug is now as good as new. The repair to the corner is invisible and the worn fringes at both ends have been replaced. Well done Rugmaster!
